Morrill School Board Teeters on a Four-Day Week Plan
A new school district is exploring the option of shifting to a four-day school week. The Morrill Public Schools Board of Education announced a meeting to discuss the possibility of removing Fridays from the academic calendar.
Several other Panhandle districts have already adopted four-day weeks, including Hay Springs, Alliance, and Banner County Public Schools.
The discussion session is set for Monday, March 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Morrill Public School District Office on Jefferson Avenue.
